The charging indicator (LED) will flash to show that the unit is operating in trickle charge state. This advanced charger delivers 100% full charge to the battery. Both have spade clips on the output to clip onto battery terminals, and are Energy Authority approved. Note: These chargers will not charge a totally flat battery, i.e. zero volts
